Where we are right now

Upvora isn't launched yet. This site does one thing: it takes an email address so we can tell you when access opens. There are no accounts, no workspaces and no product data — so this policy is short, and it covers only the waitlist. We'll publish a full policy before the product opens.

Who we are

Upvora is a trading name of FutureWay, a company based in Copenhagen, Denmark (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for the waitlist. Contact: team@upvora.eu.

What we collect

• Your email address, because you typed it into the waitlist form.
• The page that referred you, if your browser sent one, so we know roughly where sign-ups come from.

That's everything. We don't ask for a name, we don't set tracking cookies, and there is no account to create.

Why we collect it

To email you once — when access opens — plus occasional updates before then. That's our legitimate interest in telling interested people about a product they asked to hear about. You can unsubscribe from any email we send, which removes you from the list.

Who processes it

One provider: Kit (kit.com), which stores the waitlist and sends the emails. Kit is US-based and processes data under its own terms. We don't share your address with anyone else, and we don't sell it.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe, or until you ask us to delete it. If we abandon the project we'll delete the list.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction of, a copy of, or deletion of your data at any time. Email team@upvora.eu and we'll action it. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.

This site sets no tracking cookies and runs no advertising trackers.
