What these cover

Upvora isn't launched. Today this site is a description of a product we're building and a form to join the waitlist, so these terms cover the site and the waitlist — nothing else. When the product opens we'll publish terms of service for it, and you'll agree to those separately before you can use it.

Who we are

Upvora is a trading name of FutureWay, a company based in Copenhagen, Denmark. Reach us at team@upvora.eu.

The waitlist

• Joining costs nothing and commits you to nothing. You can leave at any time by unsubscribing from any email we send.
• A place on the list is not a purchase, a licence, or a guaranteed invitation. We may open access in stages.
• Give us an email address you're entitled to use.

What we're not promising

Everything on this site describes a product in development. Features, timing and pricing are all subject to change, and we can't promise any particular feature will ship, or that the product will launch at all. Where we mention founding-member pricing, that's an intention rather than a contractual offer — the terms of any offer will be set out when pricing is published.

Using the site

Don't attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site, and don't submit other people's personal data through it. The site's text, design and branding belong to us.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of it or from reliance on pre-launch statements about the product. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer under Danish or EU law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product takes shape. The date at the top of this page shows the last revision.
